Melinda Mempin
GENERAL MANAGER - OPERATIONS
Gaining more than a decade of experience in the implementation and control of research projects from Asia Research Organization and then at Q&A, she coordinates the working system; ensuring the efficient functioning within the organization, especially in the areas of recruitment, data gathering and data processing. She graduated Cum Laude at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines with a degree of Bachelor of Science In Business Administration, Commerce majoring in Accounting.
Diana Quinzon
DATA PROCESSING CONSULTANT
Beginning her research career with Q&A, she has had a well-rounded and comprehensive training – from conducting actual interviews to data processing up to client servicing. She has been exposed to and has handled several, though mostly quantitative, types of studies. A graduate of Development Studies program in UP Manila, she is highly analytical and a troubleshooter. Took up an I.T. course at the UP Information Technology Training Center (UP ITTC) to further her skills in software development and computer programming.
Emerson Fababaer
RESEARCH CONSULTANT
An Applied Statistics graduate of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, Emerson is an innovative and driven statistics professional with over a decade of experience in marketing research. He is tasked to lead the research team in the proper research methodologies, questionnaire design, data collection, analysis, report writing, and quality assurance of various studies. A passionate educator and lifelong learning advocate, Emerson earned his Master's Degree in Education from University of Asia and the Pacific, under Merit Scholarship.
Joann Moreno
RESEARCH MANAGER
An ISO certified on Quality Management System, Joann has been in the research industry for over 10 years already and has had the privilege of working as a data processor / statistician here in the Philippines and abroad. She is adept in using various survey programs such as Survey System 5 and 7, SNAP 6 and QPS. A hardworking professional, Joann has been commended for her work ethics and commitment to go beyond her call of duty. She graduated with Academic Excellence Award at Polytechnic University of the Philippines with a degree of Bachelor in Applied Statistics.
